C-Squad Running Club

We are a group of athletes, predominantly runners based in Cambridge, London and often further afield. We’re an informal club that welcomes members from all walks of life. 

Our aim is to get you fitter, hopefully faster and most importantly to have fun whilst you’re doing it.

We have two weekly group runs, and sometimes run at the weekend too. Come rain or shine we run, but depending on the time of year we our locations vary.

We base our training plans around the seasonal nature of running events as well as targeting local Cambridge events.

We offer a membership rate of £10 per month, with the ability to upgrade if you would like a slightly more tailored approach.

For us, running is much more than who can get to the finish line the quickest. Although, it’s worth a mention that all our members have smashed their recent PB’s since joining C-Squad!

What we offer

Tuesday mornings, Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings

All abilities are welcome, we aim to make the sessions as inclusive and accessible as possible

COACHED SESSIONS

Our qualified coaches will write and deliver the sessions you take part in

LOCAL AND REMOTE MEMBERS

Our members are everywhere! So even if you're not based in Cambridge, you can be part of the club

Our prices are competitive. Memberships start £10 per month

STRAVA CLUB

SCHEDULE

TUESDAY

Session - Steady / Tempo
Location - Hot Numbers, Trumpington Street
Time - 6:15 to 7:15am
Duration - 1 hour (give or take 5-10mins depending on what we're training for!)

THURSDAY

Session - Intervals
Location - Eddington Football Pitch
Time - 6:45 to 7:45
Duration - 1 hour (give or take 5-10mins depending on what we're training for!

SATURDAY/SUNDAY

Session - Long Steady
Location - organised on an adhoc basis, sometimes including a park run easy or fast!
Duration - 1 to 2 hours (give or take 5-10mins depending on what we're training for!)

**Please be aware these locations/meet-ups may be subject to change. But fear not, you’ll be informed of any changes via our ever growing What’s App group  (yes… another group chat) if you join our running club! 

*Sessions will be released the weekend before the training week commences on Trainingpeaks.

Tailored Run

For members who want a little more than just a training plan and running sessions. You’ll be added to our Training Peaks account, we’ll keep an eye on your training, suggesting tweaks and changes based on your races and current run performance.

TRIATHLON

Base Triathlon

For members who want to be part of our triathlon community, have access to a dedicated training plan via Training Peaks and want to come to our group run sessions.

Tailored Triathlon

PER MONTH

For members who want a little more than just a training plan and organised sessions, you’ll be added to our Training Peaks, we’ll keep an eye on your training, suggest tweaks and changes based on your races and current performance in all three disciplines.
